Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your order details, including size and color, before purchasing.

Care instructions
To keep your item in top shape:

- Machine wash cold, inside out

- Use mild detergent

- Avoid bleach

- Tumble dry low or air dry

- Do not iron directly on design

At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we love hearing ideas from you! Feel free to send a message with suggestions you’d like to see in the future!

Why did my item arrive in separate packages?
To speed up delivery, some items may be shipped separately if they are produced at different facilities. You will receive tracking info for each shipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping which can range from:

- U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Note: Delays may occur due to customs or peak seasons.

Are your designs official merchandise?
No, all designs are fan-inspired and made in homage to artists, eras, and aesthetics we love. We create unique, original graphics in the spirit of dark alt-streetwear and music culture.
