Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only at the time of delivery.

The courier will wait while you inspect your order. If you wish to return or exchange the item, it must be done immediately while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and returns or exchanges will no longer be possible.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within the 12-hour window.

 

Care Instructions

To preserve the structure, finish, and print quality:

• Machine wash cold, inside out

• Wash with similar colors

• Use mild detergent

• Do not bleach

• Air dry recommended

• Do not iron directly on print

• Do not dry clean

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days inside Egypt.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location or peak demand periods.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Delays may occur due to peak seasons.

 

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Debit / Credit Cards (via secure checkout)

All payments are processed securely. No card information is stored on our servers.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
