We currently ship within Egypt.

All orders are packed and dispatched with care.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location or courier conditions.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

❖ Inspection Upon Delivery:

Orders may be inspected at the time of delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, this must be done immediately while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical circumstances

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately while the courier is present so the issue can be documented.
