Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only at the time of delivery.

The delivery courier will wait while you inspect the item. If you decide not to keep the product, you may return or exchange it immediately while the courier is present.

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and returns or exchanges will no longer be possible.

Please ensure you carefully inspect your item upon delivery.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated as processing will have already begun.
